Emergency Loading of a Transformer in a Coordinated Substation at Different Dynamic Loading Conditions

Utility encounters situations like when one out of two power transformers in the substation requires maintenance and only transformer remains operation. To meet load requirements a maximum number customers,if not all,the needs to be overloaded. Due various types within service territory,utilities need understand customers' dynamic loading amount overload an emergency. We propose iteration process with real-world data,which considers concept coordinated for optimal flow. found what extent 138 kV//13.8 kV,30/40/50 MVA can safely overloaded beyond its nameplate's rating minimum time.
